The Adirondack Phantoms G.O.A.L. Program

I am honored to have helped the Adirondack Phantoms introduce the G.O.A.L. program to local schools.

The program is designed to teach students to Get Out And Live and fight against child obesity. The program features the Adirondack Phantoms mascot “Dax” and a Phantoms assistant as they teach kids different techniques and opportunities to stay active and healthy.

The GOAL program is designed to demonstrate a more active lifestyle for children, and encourages healthy dietary habits. GOAL is based on Michelle Obama’s Let’s Move initiative, and developed by local principals, physical educators and school nutritionists in conjunction with New York State public health and education objectives.

In addition to coming up with the name for the program, I also designed the logo and helped produce the video presentation used in schools.
